Gizmo Media Production was founded in Dubai in 2024 by Waseem Fattal, former Editing and Editorial Manager at MBC Group, who led the restoration and colorization of School of Mischief.

Our tagline comes from the oldest way of telling a story with pictures: drawing on a wall. Every film we make still starts there, as a rough idea, and our job is to carry it all the way to the screen.
The studio grew out of years in broadcast edit suites, where a program has to be finished, checked and on air at a fixed time. That discipline shapes how we run every project: clear schedules, honest feedback, and work that is right the first time it is seen.
Today we combine that experience with restoration, colorization and AI tools, so brands and archives get both the craft and the speed they need.

Waseem Fattal
Waseem Fattal is an editor, colorist and restoration specialist with more than 19 years in broadcast. From 2011 to 2023 he was Editing and Editorial Manager at MBC Group, leading the editing teams behind MBC1, MBC2, MBC4, MBC Max and MBC Action.
He founded and led MBC’s restoration and colorization unit, which brought School of Mischief, the most celebrated play in Arab television, back to the screen in full colour. His editing and grading work spans campaigns for Red Bull, BMW, L’Oréal, Sony Music, KFC and Jazeera Airways.
He is also an AI trainer and prompt engineer, so at Gizmo AI works inside a professional finishing pipeline, under the eye of someone who has graded thousands of hours of television.
